This was a tiled roof reroof with double extension We undertook in Failsworth, Oldham. The old roof tiles, battens and underfelt were removed from the property and new breathable felt and treated tile battens fitted to the whole roof area, along with bonding gutters back and front to separate the 2 different types of roof tiles. We then used our Bumper hoist to get all the tiles up onto the roof and begin tiling. Once the roof was fully tiled, and We had cut around the apex chimney stack and bonding gutter, we fitted new code 4 lead soakers and flashings to the stack, then battens to the apex and hip ridge sections. A new dry hip and apex ridge system was fitted to complete the roof installation.
