Bay GRP Flat Roofing in Hale

A 4 layer GRP Flat Roofing system we fitted in Hale. The old felt roof and under boarding were removed and new 18mm OSB3 boarding, kickboard (on the pitched roof to sit beneath tiles/slate) and angled internal perimeter OSB boards to avoid stretching of the GRP Fibreglass matting right angles cause, were installed.

Trims were fitted to the outer perimeter and a lead apron preinstalled at the back corners of our roof, ready to be joined to our GRP roof system and then dressed onto the slate roof when complete. This marries both roofs together and leaves no weak points for water ingress. Our 4-layer GRP system was then fitted, with a dark grey topcoat finish.
