The old rosemary roof was shailing quite badly, so we removed this roof completely, installed a new breathable felt membrane and new tile battens to roof area. Two Velux windows were fitted into new roof layout. We then installed the new profiled tile roof, along with new leadwork to apex chimney stack. Finally, we fitted a new dry ridge system to front and rear hips and roof apex.
